Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS only. We try our best to get the orders out right away. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made in our brick and mortar Dr.ven Retail Store locations in the US (including US Territories) Only (collectively, "In-store"). All Dr.ven In-store purchases may only be returned to stores within the original country of purchase. Please contact your local store for any store-specific return policy information.

At this time, Dr.ven international retail store locations cannot accept returns from online orders through Global-e. International online purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned online purchase items must be accompanied by the packing slip and customs documents (if applicable).
